Platform Games is back for Round 2, and this time, it’s a teams-only game. 🎮
Throughout October, teams of three will work together to rack up classes, earn bonus points through weekly Side Quests, and prepare for the ultimate finale: Games Day on 31 October 2026.
Three months. Three rounds.
One goal: keep moving.
This September, we’re kicking off Platform Games: A 3-month challenge series designed to keep you showing up, build your routine, and have some fun along the way.
Each month brings a new round, a new challenge and a new way to test your consistency.
Are you ready to step on the platform?!
Big news! Our Studio Membership has a brand new name.
Say hello to the Mat & Reformer Membership:Â a name that better reflects everything you can book with your credits, including Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Barre, Stretch and Prenatal classes.
While the name is changing, your favourite membership is getting even better.
Looking for a little extra motivation this month? We've got you.
Introducing our Move Together Challenge:Â a month-long challenge designed to help you stay consistent, explore our two hub studios, and move in a way that works for you.
From 6 July, complete 16 classes across our two hub studios throughout the month. Mix and match Barre, Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates however you like. Every class counts!
Whether you're aiming to build a routine, try something new, or simply spend more time doing what you love, this challenge is all about showing up for yourself.
For 10 years, Lab Studios has been filled with movement, energy, and the little things that quietly became part of every class. The dumbbells that cheered you on through one more rep. The pilates rings that tested your patience. The grip socks that carried you through every shake and stretch.
This year, for our 10th birthday, they’ve come to life as Lababies: Tiny companions inspired by the studio essentials we know and love.
The Grand Finale of Our Lab10 Birthday Challenges
Hey Lab Fam,
We didn’t get to 10 years by simply pushing harder.
We got here by showing up consistently, moving sustainably, and most importantly: doing it together.
And now, we’re closing out our birthday season the only way we know how: with intention, energy, and community. Welcome to our finale challenge month this May, where we’re bringing you not one, but TWO challenges running side by side.
