Lab Studios Launches Mat Pilates


We are thrilled to announce that Mat Pilates is officially at Lab Studios! This highly effective full-body workout has been designed to provide a low-impact, high-efficiency burn that integrates both ankle weights and heavier dumbbells. At Lab, we’re putting our unique twist on Mat Pilates by incorporating strength training into the last 8 minutes of each class, ensuring that you not only feel strong and sculpted but also energized after every session.
