About the class

Discover the fundamentals of slow resistance training (SRT) with LabX Base. This introductory class focuses on building a strong base of proper form and movement on the LabFormer. Expect a full-body workout that blends controlled, deliberate movements with strength and endurance training—not Pilates, but something more.

Transitions are slower, allowing you to focus on alignment and control. But don’t let that fool you—once you land in an exercise, the slow pace keeps muscles under tension for that signature burn. Low impact, high intensity, and absolutely transformative, LabX Base is the ultimate starting point for a powerful fitness journey. 

Due to the nature of the workout and equipment used, this class is not suitable for those who are currently pregnant.
