How To Prep
What should I prepare ?
- Arrive at the studio 10 minutes before class, especially if it’s your first time. We allow a 5-minute grace period but beyond that, you may not be allowed into class for safety reasons.
- Come in comfortable workout attire and bring a water bottle, towel and an open mind.
- Grip socks are optional for Barre and Yoga classes.
- Once you arrive, connect with your instructor and inform them about anything that could potentially impact your workout like current or prior injuries.
During Class
What should I do during class?
- Throughout class, your instructor will provide verbal cues and hands-on assistance to ensure that you get the most out of your practice.
- For your safety, it’s crucial to carefully follow all instructions provided during class.
After Class
What should I do after class?
- Within 30 to 60 minutes after class, make sure you stretch for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Hydration is key after your workout
- Refuel your body with high-protein foods and carbohydrates
- If you experience soreness the next day, you can use a foam roll to release any tightness and increase range of motion for your sore muscles
- Continue with active recovery to prevent stiffness. This can either be a casual walk or lower impact movements.
