A trained and certified food nutritionist, Chris describes herself as both passionate and resilient, and knows that there is no limit to what she can achieve once she puts her mind to it. Her classes provide a safe space for students to feel challenged yet have the freedo to try something new without judgement or competition. Out of the studio, she enjoys cooking and painting with watercolour. Her guilty pleasure is having a glass (or a few glasses!) of wine a day.
